We began drinking kombucha due to our personal love for the product, the amazing experiences we’ve had with it, the energy it provided us, the effervescence, the taste, and generally speaking, how incredible we felt after drinking it. We desperately wanted to provide this healthy beverage to our Forage eaters, but kombucha is expensive to buy today, so we put our Kombucha Brewing caps on and began brewing small batches at our restaurant with the goal of making our kombucha accessible to everyone and anyone. Our solution to you is a high quality kombucha that’s affordable, accessible, and convenient! We present you Forage Kombucha in a can!
Before we were into health and wellness, we were junk food & soda drinkers just 5 years ago! We were completely oblivious to the power of healthy foods. So we did our research and made a hard, but necessary personal lifestyle change —— we changed our food behavior to be more health conscious, and witnessed the immediate positive impact healthy food had on our physical and mental health.
Shortly after, we created the first health conscious restaurant in Madison, WI, with the goal of providing healthy and affordable food to the community, foods that we too consumed regularly —— @forage_kitchen.
